Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. Coat the inside of a circular pan (like a pie plate or quiche dish) with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
Beat the cream cheese and eggs together in a medium mixing bowl until smooth.
Add the heavy cream, parmesan cheese, oregano, and garlic powder. Mix to combine.
Sprinkle the shredded colby jack cheese evenly over the bottom of the dish. Pour the egg mixture over the cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let stand for 5 minutes.
While the crust sets up, place a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the bacon for 5 minutes. Add the ground bison to the bacon and cook for another 5 minutes, breaking up the meat as it cooks, until browned. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
Spread the marinara sauce over the crust. Top evenly with mozzarella cheese and then the cooked bison and bacon.
Bake for another 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are browned.
Remove from the oven and let cool for at least 10 minutes before cutting into 6 slices (If you cut the pizza while it's still too hot, you will have a mushy and messy pizza.)
Notes
If you don't want to use bison, you can substitute ground turkey or lean ground beef instead.
