*Need to make some Pickled Red Onions? Finely slice one red onion and place in a mason jar with a mixture of 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1 1 /2 cups apple cider vinegar, 3 cloves garlic, and 1 tsp whole black peppercorns. Place top on jar and let sit in your fridge for a couple hours. Over night is best, but at least 2 hours will be good.
