Michelada
If you love a traditional Bloody Mary, try this Mexican-born Michelada - a refreshing beer cocktail that WOWS when the weather is hot!

Ingredients
- Ice
- 5-10 drops hot sauce
- 6 drops Worcestershire sauce (1/8 teaspoon)
- 2-4 drops soy sauce low sodium
- ½ cup tomato juice (or Clamato)
- 2 tabelspoons lime juice freshly squeezed
- 4 ounces Corona or any Mexican beer
Rimmer
- Lime wedges
- 1 tablespoon Tajin
- ½ teaspoon coarse sea salt
Instructions
- Stir together the Tajin and salt in a small shallow bowl. Run the lime wedge around the rim of the glass to moisten it. Dip the rim into the Tajin mixture.
- Fill the glass 1/2 to 2/3 full with ice, being careful not to knock off the rim. Add the hot sauce, Worcestershire, and soy sauce to the glass.
- Pour in the tomato juice and lime juice. Stir well to combine.
- Top with 2-4 ounces of beer and garnish with a lime wedge.
