Stir together the Tajin and salt in a small shallow bowl. Run the lime wedge around the rim of the glass to moisten it. Dip the rim into the Tajin mixture.
Fill the glass 1/2 to 2/3 full with ice, being careful not to knock off the rim. Add the hot sauce, Worcestershire, and soy sauce to the glass.
Pour in the tomato juice and lime juice. Stir well to combine.
Top with 2-4 ounces of beer and garnish with a lime wedge.
