chilled and cut into chunks

Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the celery, mayonnaise, chives, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Add lobster chunks to the mayonnaise mixture and toss to coat. Set aside.
Place a large skillet over medium heat. Add the butter and melt. Then place the hot dog buns, inside down, flat on the butter. Cook until toasted.
Transfer the buns to a plate and divide the lobster evenly between them. Serve immediately.
