French bread
torn or cut into bite-sized pieces

whole eggs

egg whites

milk

teaspoon
vanilla extract

sliced peaches or strawberries
fresh or frozen

brown sugar

teaspoons
ground cinnamon
Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
Coat a 9-inch x 13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
Arrange bread pieces in a single layer in the baking pan.
Whisk together the eggs, egg whites, milk, and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Pour over bread.
In a small bowl, stir together brown sugar and cinnamon until evenly combined.
In a medium bowl, toss fruit with half of the brown sugar mixture.
Arrange the fruit on top of the bread in an even layer. Sprinkle the remaining brown sugar over everything.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight in the fridge. (for a minimum of 4 hours)
Remove bake from the fridge and uncover.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and cut into 8 slices. Top with extra fresh fruit if desired.
