Crock Pot Crack Chicken is one of those recipes that is almost too easy for how good it tastes. Serve it on buns, with crackers, over pasta, or in lettuce wraps for a cozy meal that works any night of the week.
Add 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts to a crock pot. Add 1/2 cup chicken broth, 2 ounces ranch dressing mix, and 16 ounces cream cheese over the chicken.
Cover and turn the crock pot to HIGH and cook for 3 hours, or cook on LOW for 6 hours.
Once the chicken is cooked, pull out the breasts and shred them with two forks. (You should shred the chicken right in your slow cooker if you prefer.)
Stir sauce in the crock pot and add chicken back in.
Add 8 ounces bacon, 1 cup cheddar cheese, and 1/2 cup green onion to chicken. Mix well and serve warm on buns or in bowls.
