Instructions
Cinnamon Roll Mug Cake
Add the applesauce, oil, milk, vanilla, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, nutmeg (if using), and salt to a 10 to 12-ounce mug.
Mix everything together with a fork until combined and nearly smooth.
Microwave on high power for 1 minute. Then, check the cake for doneness. If it's not fully cooked, microwave for an additional 15 seconds.
Cream Cheese Icing
While the mug cake cooks, in a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk together with a fork until smooth.
Transfer the icing to a Ziploc and cut a small corner off the bag.
Take the mug cake out of the microwave and pipe the icing on in a spiral design. Serve warm.
