Preheat the air fryer to 370 degrees F. Remove the biscuits from the can and place them on a cutting board. Roll each biscuit to about 4 inches in diameter.
Place the biscuits into the air fryer basket so they are not touching. (You will need to cook in batches.) Spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce over each biscuit.
Sprinkle 1.5 tablespoons of mozzarella over the pizza sauce. Top each pizza with a few mini pepperoni slices and some Italian sausage crumbles (or any other toppings you like). Sprinkle with a little dried oregano if desired.
Air fry at 370 degrees F for 4-5 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted. Use a spatula or tongs to carefully remove the pizza from the oven. Repeat until all the biscuits have been cooked
Serve warm as is, with a green salad, or your favorite sides. Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Notes
If you like a thick, flaky crust, follow the recipe instructions as listed.
If you prefer a crisper crust, use a knife to divide the biscuit in half (horizontally) for a thinner crust. If you choose this method, the recipe will yield twice as many pizzas. You will need extra sauce, cheese, and toppings.
For an extra crispy crust, roll the halved biscuits flatter, poke holes in the dough with a fork, and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side before adding the toppings and cooking as directed.
Reheat pizzas in the microwave for 30 seconds or in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes at 350 degrees F.
