Cheesy Steamed Cauliflower

Easy to make and deliciously tangy, this steamed cauliflower makes a perfect side dish!

Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup of Miracle Whip or Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon fine ground mustard
  • 1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • With a knife, carefully remove core from cauliflower and place in a large pan filled with about 1-inch of water
  • Cover and steam until just tender, about 5 minutes; let cool enough to handle
  • Remove cauliflower from pan and place in an oven-safe baking dish
  • Cover with the Miracle Whip, ground mustard and cheese
  • Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven until cheese is melted, about 5-10 minutes
