Ingredients

cup
whole wheat pastry flour

ground flax

cup
rolled oats

tsp
cinnamon

tsp
baking powder

tsp
salt
¼

granulated sugar

vanilla

milk
¼
cup
canola oil
1½
cups
fresh pomegranate arils
Instructions
Stir together dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl, combine milk, vanilla and oil.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Batter will be thick.
Carefully fold in pomegranate arils.
Pour batter onto greased skillet or griddle using approximately ¼ cup for each pancake.
Brown on both sides and serve hot.
