Ingredients
10ouncesfrozen raspberriesslightly thawed
½cuplight rum
750mlbottle of brut champagne
1literginger ale
mintto garnish (optional)
Instructions
Place the slightly thawed raspberries in the bottom of a pitcher.
Add the light rum champagne, and ginger to the pitcher and stir to combine.
Place crushed ice into a cocktail glass, pour the cocktail and garnish each glass with fresh mint.
