Raspberry Champagne Cocktail
This Raspberry Champagne Cocktail punch is perfect for your New Year's Eve celebrations! This cocktail is simple, gorgeous and will impress your friends and family!
Servings 6 servings
- 10 ounces frozen raspberries slightly thawed
- 1/2 cup light rum
- 750 ml bottle of brut champagne
- 1 liter ginger ale
- mint to garnish (optional)
Place the slightly thawed raspberries in the bottom of a pitcher.
Add the light rum champagne, and ginger to the pitcher and stir to combine.
Place crushed ice into a cocktail glass, pour the cocktail and garnish each glass with fresh mint.
