You might not always have time to bake a pie, but you can have the best part of it in just 30 minutes with these delicious Fried Apples!

ground cinnamon

peeled, cored, and cut inot wedges
Instructions
Melt butter on medium-low in a large skillet.
Add in the sugar, cinnamon, and ginger and stir to combine.
Add in the apple wedges and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 20 minutes stirring often.
Serve warm as is or spoon the apples and sauce over ice cream.
