Ingredients

cups
turkey broth
strained, at room temperature

tablespoons
cornstarch
2
tablespoons
unsalted butter
Salt & pepper
to taste
Instructions
Whisk cornstarch into room temperature or cooler turkey broth until well combined.
Pour mixture into a small saucepan over medium heat and whisk.
As soon as the mixture heats up, about 2 minutes, add in butter and whisk.
Bring to a boil for 2-3 minutes, whisking frequently. Then remove from heat. If needed salt & pepper to taste. Serve warm.

If you don't have enough turkey broth, you can add enough chicken broth to equal 1.5 cups total.
