Ingredients
16ouncesRotini pasta
12ouncesSalamicut into bite-size pieces
2pintsCherry tomatoescut in half
1.5cupsOrange bell pepperdiced
12ouncesPepperoncini
1cupBlack olivessliced
½cupRed oniondiced
16ouncesFresh mozzarella cheese
¼cupParsleyfinely chopped
1cupItalian dressing
Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions.
Once the pasta has cooked drain water and place in a large bowl.
Add all of the other ingredients and toss together.
Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to let the flavors meld together. Serve cold.
