Ingredients
¼cupvegetable oil(enough to cover the bottom of the frying pan)
Put the flour in a shallow pan or on a dinner plate. Add onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Use a fork to combine.
Remove the Open Nature® Boneless Chops from the package and pat dry with a paper towel. Dredge the pork chops in seasoned flour so that the entire chop is coated. Shake off the excess flour. Set aside on a plate.
Place a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil and let sit until the oil gets hot.
Carefully add pork chops to the hot oil. Cook for 3-4 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for 3-4 minutes on the other side, until golden brown.
Remove pork chops from the pan. Add 2 tablespoons of seasoned flour to the pan drippings. Mix in the flour and then the chicken broth.
Bring to a simmer and let gravy cook for about 5 minutes to thicken slightly. Stir in milk for cream gravy.
Return the pork chops to the pan and coat them in the gravy. Simmer for another 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
