Add some regular Oreos and some with just the cookie part (not frosting) until desired consistency to roll the dough into balls
Roll small balls of dough and place on wax or parchment paper (on a baking sheet)
Chill in the fridge for an hour so the dough hardens
Melt chocolate
Put a lollipop stick in each oreo ball
Dip into the melted chocolate (have the excess chocolate drip off)
Place on wax or parchment paper
Put sprinkles on the oreo balls (before the chocolate dries)
Place the chocolate covered balls with sprinkles in fridge over night or eat once the chocolate dries and hardens
Notes
The Candy Cane Oreos bag is a little smaller than the regular Oreos, so I added some regular Oreos, and then some with only the cookie part (not the frosting). I did not count the number of cookies that I added, but I continued to check the consistency in the food processor and added more when needed.
