Grilled Romaine Salad w/ Pesto Chicken
The flavors of the lettuce are intensified when grilled and then topped with olive oil, garlic, Parmesan cheese and grilled chicken to make it a show stopping salad!

Ingredients

cooked Grilled Pesto Chicken Breasts

romaine hearts
sliced in half long ways
1-2

olive oil

salt

t
pepper
1
t
garlic powder
1
t
onion powder

shaved Parmesan cheese
Instructions
pre heat grill to med heat
drizzle romaine hearts with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder
place cut side down on the grill cook for 2-4 min until browned
turn and allow to warm all the way through
remove from grill and sprinkle the shaved Parmesan cheese over the top
slice the chicken breast and place on top of romaine hearts.
