Whisk together the milk, sour cream, and vanilla pudding mix in a mixing bowl until smooth.
Add peanut butter and sugar to the pudding mixture and stir until well blended.
Cover and chill in the fridge until ready to serve. Serve with apple slices or graham crackers.
Notes
This recipe makes about 3 1/2 cups of dip.If the dipping is too thick for your liking, add a little extra milk (1 tablespoon at a time) until your desired consistency is reached.
