Spinach, Bacon and Strawberry Salad
Strawberry salads are a great summer salad. They work as a side dish to any meal or as a light lunch! The fresh strawberries with the bacon will have you making this salad all the time.

Candied Walnuts

walnuts
rough chopped

brown sugar

butter
Spinach, Bacon and Strawberry Salad

baby spinach
½ to 1
cup
candied walnuts
½
cup
bacon
crumbled
¾
cup
purple onion
chopped
½ to ¾
cup
strawberries
Poppy Seed Dressing to taste
Instructions
Candied Walnuts
melt butter in a skillet over medium heat
add walnuts and brown sugar and stir constantly
once all the sugar is melted and walnuts are coated pour onto a baking sheet and spread out
allow to cool
Spinach, Bacon and Strawberry Salad
in a large bowl toss baby spinach, candied walnuts, bacon, onion, strawberries and dressing
serve and enjoy!
