broccoli
cut into florets

garlic

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.
Toss the broccoli, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper together on a baking sheet. Then, spread into a single layer.
Roast in the oven for 15 minutes
Top with an even layer of Parmesan cheese and place back in the oven. Roast for 5 more minutes or until cheese is melted and golden.
Remove from the oven and serve warm with your favorite meals.
