. Be sure to reserve the grease and drippings from the bacon!
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. Pour in the beer and bacon grease. Mix until just combined. Fold in the chopped bacon.
Using a large spoon or scoop, drop the biscuit dough on the prepared baking sheet leaving at least 1 1/2 inches between them. Bake for around 15 minutes. Let cool to warm before serving and enjoying.
