Easy to make and deliciously tangy, this steamed cauliflower makes a perfect side dish!

Ingredients

large head of cauliflower
½
cup
of Miracle Whip or Mayonnaise
1
teaspoon
ground mustard powder
1
cup
shredded mild cheddar cheese
Instructions
With a knife, carefully remove core from cauliflower and place in a large pan filled with about 1-inch of water
Cover and steam until just tender, about 5 minutes; let cool enough to handle
Remove cauliflower from pan and place in an oven-safe baking dish
Cover with the Miracle Whip, ground mustard and cheese
Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven until cheese is melted, about 5-10 minutes
