of mixed greens
your favorites

cup
cherry tomatoes
halved
1
cup
red quinoa
cooked
½
cup
feta cheese
crumbled
½
cup
sliced almonds
toasted

cup
fresh raspberries
¼
cup
shallots
diced
Raspberry Balsamic Vinaigrette to taste
Instructions
combine all ingredients in a salad bowl and toss to coat with dressing
serve and enjoy!
Notes
Be sue not to dress the salad until ready to serve!
