PIZZA PASTA BAKE
is perfect for feeding a crowd or freezing for busy nights. It's a baked pasta with your favorite pizza toppings mixed in and on top! My kids love it!

Ingredients
1
lb.
rotini pasta
24
oz
or 2 cups of your favorite spaghetti sauce
4
cups
mozzarella cheese
shredded, divided
6
oz.
pepperoni
divided
1
medium onion
chopped, divided
2
bell peppers
chopped, divided
Instructions
preheat oven to 375 degrees F
bring water to a boil and prepare pasta according to package directions
drain pasta and return to the pot
add spaghetti sauce, 2 cups of mozzarella, 1 cup of pepperoni, half of the onion and half of the bell pepper
stir to combine
spray a 13x9 inch baking dish with cooking spray
pour pasta mixture into the baking dish and spread into an even layer
spread 1 cup of cheese on top of pizza
lay out remaining pepperoni, onion and bell pepper over the top of the cheese
top that with remaining 1 cup of cheese
place in oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly
enjoy!
