Campari tomatoes
sliced
4-8
fresh basil leaves
½
a cucumber
8
ounces
Fresh Mozzarella
Balsamic Glaze
Instructions
Slice mozzarella into 8 slices
Slice cucumber and tomato, you need 8 slices of each
Layer mozzarella, fresh basil, a slice of cucumber, a slice of tomato
Drizzle balsamic glaze or reduction over the top
Serve immediately.
