Roasted Garlic Parmesan Asparagus
This Roasted Garlic Parmesan Asparagus is packed full of flavor and is a great way to get some greens into your diet! It is quick to make and can be eaten as a side dish or a snack.

Ingredients

olive oil

garlic

fresh asparagus
ends trimmed
salt and pepper
to taste

freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
In a small saucepan, heat oil over medium-low heat. Add garlic and cook until golden brown, stirring constantly. {About 3 minutes}
Toss the olive oil and garlic with the asparagus, until evenly coated.
Place the asparagus on a baking sheet and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and Parmesan.
Bake for 12 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
Serve while still warm.
