Instructions
preheat oven to 350 degrees F
in a large mixing bowl combine oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice
in a small bowl whisk together vanilla, pumpkin puree, 1/2 cup milk, egg, molasses
pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until just combined
grease an 8x8 baking pan
pour batter into baking pan and spread into even layer
bake for 20-30 min or until toothpick stuck into the center comes out clean
allow to cool then frost with
