Ingredients

cups
all purpose flour
1
tsp
baking powder
1
tsp
baking soda
½
tsp
salt
1
tbsp
orange zest
grated
¼
cup
butter
melted
1
cup
white sugar
plus 1 tbsp for cranberries
1
egg
¾
cup
orange juice
1
cup
fresh cranberries
chopped
Instructions
preheat oven to 350 degrees F
in a large mixing bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and orange zest
whisk the butter, sugar, egg, and orange juice together
pour wet ingredients over the dry
stir until just mixed
in a small bowl toss 1 tbsp of sugar and chopped cranberries
stir cranberries into the batter
grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan
pour batter into the pan
place in oven and bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
