Ingredients
20oz.can pineapple chunks in pineapple juice*
1fresh ripe mangopeeled and roughly chopped
1ripe frozen banana**
1cupnonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
½cuplite coconut milk
¼cupfreshly squeezed orange juice
1cupice cubes
Instructions
Add all ingredients to your blender starting with fruit then chop then liquefy until very smooth. If you like a thicker smoothie, add more yogurt and ice. For a thinner smoothie, add more orange juice/coconut milk.
Notes
*may substitute 2 cups fresh pineapple and 1 cup fresh pineapple juice. **may use a fresh unfrozen banana and increase ice as needed
