Ingredients
For the salad:

large head red leaf or romaine lettuce
finely chopped

chopped green olives
½
cup
chopped kalamata olives
½
cup
chopped pepperonicini peppers
½
cup
chopped hard salami
½
cup
pepperoni slices
½
shaved Parmesan cheese

cup
white cheddar cheese
cubed
For the dressing:

olive oil

balsamic dressing

Instructions
Place lettuce in a large bowl. Top with both olives, peppers, deli meats and cheeses.
Place dressing ingredients in a plastic container; cover with a lid and shake until combined. Pour over salad. Serve.
