Ingredients

kiwi
peeled
4
sprigs
fresh mint
remove leaves from the stems

teaspoons
agave syrup
or simple syrup

vodka
Kiwi slice
for garnish
Instructions
Muddle together the kiwi, mint, and agave syrup in a cocktail shaker until a pulp is formed.
Fill the shaker with ice and pour in the vodka. Cover and shake until well chilled.
Pour (do not strain) into a rocks glass and garnish with a slice of kiwi on the rim. Serve immediately.
