Lemon Bars
These Lemon Bars are not only very easy to make, but taste amazing! They are buttery, tart, smooth, and delicious. Definitely worth making!

Ingredients

cup
salted butter
room temperature
2
cups
white sugar
2 ¼
cups
all-purpose flour
4
eggs
½
cup
fresh lemon juice {about 2 large lemons}
Powdered sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
In a medium bowl, combine the butter, 1/2 cup sugar, and 2 cups flour. Mix until fully combined.
Press the dough into an ungreased 9x13 inch baking pan.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
In a medium bowl, combine the remaining 1 & 1/2 cups sugar, 1/4 cup flour, the eggs, and lemon juice and stir well.
Pour the lemon mixture over the crust and bake again for 20 minutes.
Let cool completely and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
