Ingredients

cup
butter

ounces
amen noodles
crumbled into small pieces
2
cups
hot water
½
cup
beef broth
1
cup
white rice
¼
cup
canned black beans- drained & rinsed
1
tbsp
onion flakes
2
tsp
granulated garlic
1
cup
freeze dried bell peppers
salt
pepper to taste
Instructions
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat
Add broken noodles & cook until slightly brown
Add bouillon, rice, seasonings & water
Cover & cook over low for approx 20 minutes or until rice is cooked
Add freeze dried bell peppers
Stir gently & serve
