Ground Beef Taco Dip
This GROUND BEEF TACO DIP is loaded with tons of tons of cheddar and spiced up ground beef. You won't be able to resist the cheesy goodness!

Ingredients
For the cheese dip

extra sharp cheddar cheese
cubed
½
pound
American cheese {I got mine at the local deli}
cubed

cup
heavy cream

teaspoon
garlic powder
⅛
teaspoon
salt
For the ground beef
½
pound
80/20 ground beef
½
teaspoon
paprika
1 ¼
hot chili powder
½
teaspoon
garlic powder
½
teaspoon
onion powder
¼
teaspoon
ground coriander
¼
teaspoon
dried oregano
¼
teaspoon
salt
¼
cup
water
For garnish, if desired
Diced tomatoes
Sliced green onions
Tortilla chips for dipping
Instructions
For the cheese dip
In a medium heavy saucepan, combine cheeses and heavy cream
Melt over very low heat, stirring occasionally
Add garlic powder and salt, stirring to combine
Keep warm while preparing beef
For the ground beef
Brown meat over medium heat in a medium-sized skillet
Remove from heat and drain fat
Return to heat and add seasonings
Add water; stir to combine
Continue to stir while simmering for two minutes
Assembly
Stir the cheese dip and spoon into a serving bowl
Spoon the seasoned ground beef in the middle of the cheese
Top with tomatoes and onions
Serve with tortilla chips
