Blueberry Cobbler
Sweet batter topped with vibrant blueberries make this easy blueberry cobbler perfect for any breakfast or brunch!

Ingredients

cups
blueberries
fresh or frozen
¼
cup
butter
softened
1
cup
granulated sugar
divided
1
cup
all purpose flour
2
teaspoons
baking powder
⅛
teaspoon
salt
½
cup
milk
Instructions
Combine blueberries and 1/2 cup sugar in a small bowl; set aside
Lightly grease an 8x8 baking dish; set aside
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and 1/2 cup of the sugar; set aside
In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt
Add flour mixture to butter mixture and begin to mix
Add milk while flour mixture is blending with butter mixture; combine until a thick batter forms
Spread batter in baking dish
Spread blueberries on top of batter and bake in a 375 degree oven for 40-45 minutes
Allow to cool 15 minutes before serving
