Ingredients

hard boiled eggs

cup
mayonnaise
½
teaspoon
salt
¼
teaspoon
black pepper

tablespoons
pickle relish

mini hamburger buns or brioche buns sliced in half
Instructions
Place the boiled eggs in a bowl and mash with a fork.
Add the mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and relish and gently fold through until well mixed.
Divide the egg salad between the rolls.
Serve at once or keep the salad in the refrigerator until you're ready to use.
