onion
rough chop

zucchini
cut in half then sliced
2
yellow squash
cut in half then sliced

can diced tomatoes

cloves
of garlic

vegetable broth
2-32 oz

baby spinach
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
place onion, zucchini, yellow squash, diced tomatoes, garlic and vegetable broth into the bowl of a slow cooker
cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8
minutes before serving add in the baby spinach and allow it to wilt
salt and pepper to taste & enjoy!
