This Berry Smoothie Bowl is a delicious and filling meal to start your day off right!

Ingredients

cup
coconut milk
1
cup
baby spinach
rinsed
1
cup
frozen mixed berries
½
cup
frozen pineapple
½
cup
frozen peaches

teaspoons
Meta Appetite Control
Toppings:
4
strawberries
sliced
¼
cup
blueberries
¼
cup
sweetened coconut flakes
¼
sliced almonds
1
tablespoon
honey
Instructions
To a blender, add the coconut milk, spinach, berries, pineapple, peaches, and Meta Appetite Control.
Puree until smooth. (You may need to pause blending and give everything a mix once or twice.)
Pour smoothie into a bowl.
Arrange toppings over the smoothie in rows.
Drizzle honey over the top and serve immediately.
