White Chocolate Peppermint Fudge
White Chocolate Peppermint Fudge is a super easy recipe that tastes out of this world good! Creamy white chocolate mixed with peppermint is always a hit at Christmas!

Ingredients
2 ½
cups
white chocolate chips
14
oz.
sweetened condensed milk
1
tsp
peppermint extract
1
cup
peppermint baking chips
½
cup
peppermint candies
crushed
Instructions
line a square baking pan with foil, making sure there is extra over the edges
spray with cooking spray
melt white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk together in a double boiler*, stirring frequently
once all the chocolate has melted remove from heat and stir in the peppermint extract and peppermint baking chips
pour into the prepared baking pan and allow to come to room temperature
spread an even layer of the crushed peppermint candies over the top
cover and refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight
cut into squares and enjoy!
Notes
*Add a few inches of water in a saucepan, place a bowl over top of the saucepan. Place the white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk.
