Fudge Swirled Red Velvet Brownies

Ingredients

cup
butter
softened
1 ½
cup
granulated sugar

eggs

vanilla

cocoa powder

all-purpose flour

white vinegar

container red food coloring

cup
semi-sweet chocolate chips

tsp
oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Spray and line an 8"x8" baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
In a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment mix together your butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add in your eggs one at a time until combined.
Add in your vanilla, salt, cocoa powder, flour, vinegar and red food coloring.
Beat until mixed completely.
Spoon into prepared pan.
Place your chocolate chips and oil in a microwave-safe bowl and heat on high until melted, checking every 30 seconds.
Dollop your chocolate over the top of the brownies and swirl around top with a knife.
Bake for about 30-35 minutes until center is set.
Let cool before slicing.
