To a medium bowl, add all the marinade ingredients. Whisk to combine.
Add the chicken to a gallon-sized food storage bag and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag and rub the marinade all over the chicken. Chill for 2 to 24 hours.
Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees F. Coat the basket with olive oil spray to help prevent sticking.
In a shallow bowl, stir together the breading ingredients until evenly combined.
Take the chicken from the refrigerator and one piece of chicken at a time, place it into the seasoned flour. Coat the chicken in flour, shake off excess, and then place in the air fryer basket in one layer without overlapping the chicken.
Once the basket is full, spray the chicken with olive oil cooking spray until all of the flour is coated. Cook at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, flip the chicken over and cook for another 15 minutes. The chicken is done when in internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F and the breading is golden brown and crispy. Serve warm.
