Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Wash and trim the ends off of the asparagus and place them on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Drizzle with avocado oil (or oil of choice) and season generously with garlic salt, fresh cracked pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss to coat using a spoon or your hands and place in oven. Bake for 12 minutes or 15 if stalks are thicker.
