Asian Ramen Salad

Easy, tasty and fun this Asian Ramen Salad is a delicious and unique side dish that goes great with all your grilling meals this season!

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces coleslaw mix
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 6 tablespoons sunflower seeds
  • 6 tablespoons sliced almonds
  • 2 packages Oriental Ramen noodles set aside soup base packet and crush noodles

Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 packets Oriental Ramen noodle soup base (from ramen package)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl combine coleslaw, onions, sunflower seeds, almonds, and noodles.
  • In another bowl whisk together all dressing ingredients.
  • Pour dressing over coleslaw mixture and toss to combine.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
