Ingredients

canned whole peeled tomatoes

Rotel

yellow onion
peeled and chopped

clove
garlic
peeled and chopped

jalapeno
quartered, seeded & sliced thin

cup
cilantro
stems removed
½
lime
juiced

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
granulated sugar

teaspoon
ground cumin
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a food processor.
Cover and pulse until the salsa is your desired consistency. (I like mine on the chunky side.)
Pour in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap or pour into a large mason jar. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Pour into a bowl and serve with your favorite tortilla chips for dipping.
Notes
If you like spicy salsa, you can leave in the jalapeno seeds and/or double the amount of jalapeno.
