Spinach Artichoke Dip

Spinach Artichoke Dip is an incredibly tasty appetizer and super easy to make in the crock pot!

Ingredients

  • 1 14.75 oz jar of artichoke hearts
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 10 oz package chopped frozen spinach
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Defrost the spinach in the microwave (about 5 minutes)
  • Mix all of the other ingredients in the crock pot
  • Add hot spinach to crock pot
  • Stir well
  • Cook on high for 1 1/2-2 hours, or until it warm throughout
  • Stir and serve
