Bacon Jalapeño Popper Dip

This dip is a fun way to get the flavors of bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers and can be made ahead of time and put into the oven 30 minutes before you'd like to serve.

  • 6 slices of bacon chopped to 1/2" slices
  • 5 jalapeños dices
  • 3/4 c mayonnaise
  • 12 oz cream cheese
  • 2 c cheddar cheese


  • preheat 350 degrees
  • cook bacon over medium heat until crispy
  • remove with slotted spoon and drain on paper towel
  • add diced jalapeños to the skillet with the bacon grease and cook until they are a greenish brown
  • While bacon and jalapeños cook combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and 1 and 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese
  • Add cooked bacon and jalapeño to the cream cheese mixture
  • Add cheese mixture to an oven safe dish
  • cook for 20 minutes
  • add remaining 1/2 c of cheese in an even layer on top and place back into the oven for 5 minutes
  • serve with your favorite chip
