sour cream

Instructions
Mix the sour cream and ranch dressing mix in a bowl until combined.
Add the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup bacon, and 2 jalapenos to the bowl. Mix together until thoroughly blended.
Chill the mixture for 5 minutes, then shape into a ball.
Place the pecans, 1/4 cup bacon, and 1 jalapeno into a shallow bowl, and roll all sides of the cheese ball in the mixutre until coated.
Place on a plate and serve immediately with buttery crackers.
Notes
This cheese ball is about 3 1/2 cups in size.
