Ramen Salad

Ramen Salad is simple and quick to put together, yet is full of amazing flavor! It makes a great side dish or main dish and is perfect for summer parties or potlucks. For a larger crowd, double or triple the recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1 pack slaw
  • 3 green onions finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup roasted and salted sunflower seeds
  • 2 packs ramen noodles chicken flavor broken into small pieces
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2-1 tbsp pepper
  • 4 tbsp vinegar
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 2 chicken pack flavorings in ramen noodle package

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine slaw, green onions, sunflower seeds, and ramen noodles
  • In a separate small bowl, mix together oil, pepper, vinegar, sugar, and chicken flavoring packets, until well combined
  • Pour over the salad, toss, and chill
  • Enjoy
