artichoke hearts
drained and coarsely chopped
8
ounces
cream cheese
cut into cubes
4
ounces
lump crab meat
drained
½
cup
parmesan cheese
grated
4
green onions
sliced
1
tablespoon
lemon juice
Sliced baguette or butter crackers
for dipping
Instructions
Spray the inside of a 1.5-quart crock pot with non-stick cooking spray
Mix all the ingredients together in the crock pot until combined.
Cover and cook on LOW for 2-3 hours or until cream cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
Scrape down the sides of the crock pot with a rubber spatula and stir once more before serving. Top with extra green onion if desired.
Turn crock pot to WARM and serve with baguette slices and/or butter crackers.
Notes
The dip will keep for 1 hour in the crock pot once it's done cooking.
