Cranberry Sauce w/ Orange and Cinnamon
This cranberry sauce has so much flavor with the orange juice and cinnamon. By making it yourself you can control how sweet or tart it is to meet your tastes.

Ingredients
12
oz.
cranberries
fresh or frozen
½
c
brown sugar
packed
½
c.
water or apple juice
zest of one orange
juice of two navel oranges
2
cinnamon sticks
Instructions
place all ingredients in a med sauce pan and bring to a bowl
reduce to a simmer, stirring occasionally to break open berries
cook for 15 to 20 minutes and then remove from heat and allow to cool
store in an airtight container for 1-2 weeks.
**using apple juice instead of water will result in a sweeter cranberry sauce**
